Semi-automatic parallel seam welding machine PAL200 is a casing cover device that integrates parallel sealing machine and glove box. Through vacuum baking and operating the cover process in the glove box, the water, gas and oxygen content in the tube shell can be reduced to meet the needs of high performance and high reliability. This equipment is composed of parallel sealing machine and glove box. The sealing machine completes the sealing process of the pipe shell, and the glove box provides the process environment with low oxygen and low water vapor content for the sealing process. The parallel seam welder is placed in the operating box of the glove box. After baking in the vacuum oven, the material is transferred from the inner door of the operating box to the operating box. After completing the capping process, it is taken out through the switching box.
