The equipment is used for both activation and sealing of products with suction agent (Getter), while meeting high vacuum high temperature activation and low temperature sealing welding. Adopt special lifting mechanism + heat insulation device to fully ensure the effective temperature difference, and do not affect the secondary cover plate sealing and welding.
